 Returns

Our refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

Items may only be returned if there was an error on our part. This includes wrong item shipped or and not limited to defective item.

The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Wrong size or uncomfortable fit of items, is not eligible for return.

 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund, as we are a small local business we would appreciate if you would rather opt for store credit.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [7-10] business days of receiving the returned item(s).

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

We will provide a prepaid return label for the defective or incorrect item and arrange for a replacement or store credit.
